I love sharing this tip with clients. It’s really all about using your glutes to set a powerful foundation for a strong lumbar curve.
Once you get that set and then lengthen your core long and strong, using the abdominal muscles to create space in your lower spine, then you have reached that point where you can know that your muscles are working in a way that has your body in an active core conditioning place at all times. This position also creates a situation where your muscles are supporting what they were designed to support- and not supporting huge amounts of mass that they were not designed to support.
