Hugs are so transformational! Today I am sharing a bit about my own hug journey. I grew up in a very NOT touchy-feely family and was very uncomfortable with this beautiful form of connection. I have healed this part of myself and I am looking for as many healthy hugs that I can get now. In fact, if you are a client, you shouldn’t leave without receiving one from me. People are now paying big bucks to receive “cuddle therapy” because we are so touch-starved in our society. Get and receive hugs. There are so many physiological, spiritual and mental effects of this free benefit of being in a healthy society!
