
This is one of the most popular restorative movement routines that I recommend to clients. You will want to do this a minimum of 3 times a week to clear the cobwebs out of your neck and give yourself a re-set in your neck function, flexibility and range of motion. I will say this again and again, “Movement is Medicine” and you will benefit from working on your stuck places from the inside out. I challenge you to give this a try for 4 weeks and see what happens to your neck. I’ve got more tools to share for you to open up your neck and we do this one every time I teach “Core Transformation” because this one is foundational. It creates huge changes quickly, so enough talking. Let’s get moving!
