
I could go on and on about Core Walking and if you ever come to any of my Core Transformation workouts or workshops, we go much deeper into this topic by experiencing and experimenting with the movement together. This is truly a transformational form of movement. You can bring it into your life as a way to walk barefoot over soft grass and begin to strengthen your ankles, knees, hips, and core or bring it into your total walking experience. I used this form of walking to heal myself from plantar fasciitis and my foot and body strength has changed so much since I began walking this way eleven years ago. This method of walking will open up your tight hips and develop your calves and ankle muscles in a way that says, “NO”, to hip surgery.
