Liz began her quest to provide health and wellness through
the "language of touch" in Japan. Her education also
encompasses Chinese and Russian languages and massage styles
from those countries.
Liz is a graduate of the Baltimore School of Massage -
professionally licensed by the state of Maryland, is
Certified by the National Certification Board for Massage
and Bodywork and has completed professional continuing
education courses in Healing Stone Therapy, Fibromyalgia,
Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and Sciata. Her experience ranges
from work in an exclusive Outer Banks spa to in-home
services, corporate massage and her own business at
HandsOnBodyWorks.
Liz leads a group of passionate and inspired professionals
who are stat-licensed and nationally certified. Services
offered range from intensive therapeutic work to spa
